VINIFICATION De-stemming crushing, maceration and fermentation with selected yeasts in contact with the peels for about 15-20 days at a controlled temperature with progressive separation of the seeds, soft pressing

AGING in tonneaux and barriques: 20 months with periodical bâtonnages; in bottle: 6-12 months

ALCOHOL 13%- 14% vol. depending on the vintage

SERVING TEMPERATURE 18 °C

CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRINGS Cuvée made from Schioppettino, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Pignolo, our Biel Cûr is a powerful red wine, with a typically territorial character but with a distinctly international style. With an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections, the aromatic imprint is distinguished by the spicy notes typical of Schioppettino, by the herbaceous notes of Refosco and the fruity hints of Marasca cherry and plum jam, and by perceptible woody notes

CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRINGS Sweet white wine with an intense golden yellow colour, its aroma recalls honeycomb, wildflower honey and ripe fruit. The taste is deliciously sweet yet not sweet, refined, and harmonious. It is a meditation wine par excellence and to be best appreciated it does not need any travel companion

The flavour is sweet, fresh, rightly tannic, elegant. It is an end-of-meal wine, perfect with gubana and strucchi, unparalleled with blue cheese
