ALCOHOL 13%- 14% vol. depending on the vintage

CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRINGS Cuvée made from Schioppettino, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Pignolo, our Biel Cûr is a powerful red wine, with a typically territorial character but with a distinctly international style. With an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections, the aromatic imprint is distinguished by the spicy notes typical of Schioppettino, by the herbaceous notes of Refosco and the fruity hints of Marasca cherry and plum jam, and by perceptible woody notes

CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRINGS Unique in its kind

our Sovì is a sweet white wine with an intense golden yellow color, almost dense in the glass.
The aroma is delicate and refined, varietal, with characteristic notes of ripe
fruit, citrus, lychee, and linden honey. On the palate, it is sweet, very fresh,
and light-bodied. Best served at the end of a meal, where it pairs well with
almond pastries or dry biscuits; also excellent with high-quality blue cheeses
